Shipping Policy

We provide FREE SHIPPING all over India. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via SMS once your order is dispatched.

7-Day Return & Exchange

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange in case of manufacturing defects, wrong product received, or size issues. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will contact you for your bank details or UPI ID to initiate the refund.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has left our studio, the standard return policy will apply. You can request cancellation by contacting our support team.
